Bob Schiebelhut concentrates his practice in business transactions, winery and vineyard development and operations, land use and real estate. He founded the firm with Warren Sinsheimer in August 1978.

Representative Accomplishments:

Bob earned his B.A. degree in history from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating with honors in 1969. Following graduation, he attended Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley.

During law school, Bob was a member of the California Law Review and served as the Note and Comment editor. He has published two articles in the California Law Review: "The Demise of In Pari Delicto in Private Actions Pursuant to Regulatory Schemes," 60 Calif. L. Rev. 572 (1972), and "California Supreme Court, Evidence: Fraudulently Obtained Films," 60 Calif. L. Rev. 918 (1972). Following graduation from Boalt Hall in 1972, Bob was associated with the San Francisco law firm of Lillick & Charles (now Nixon & Peabody) for approximately six years.

Bob is a principal in the 600-acre Edna Ranch Vineyards as well as Phase 2 Cellars and Tolosa Winery in San Luis Obispo.
